Manish established FA Fin Advisors to meet the global demand for specialized research and advisory services. He has more than 2 decades of experience in investment and business advisory, investment banking, and consulting, market and competitive intelligence, M&A counselling, business valuation, assurance, and statutory compliance. He formerly worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and CRISIL, a Standard & Poor’s Company.

Manish earned his bachelor’s degree from Delhi University’s Shri Ram College of Commerce and went on to earn his CA in 2000. Since then, he has been actively consulting and advising clients on strategy, M&A, assurance, investments, capital raising and in many more areas. Manish and his team have advised some of the world’s most prestigious multi-billion dollar companies, as well as large conglomerates, investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, portfolio management entities, fundamental investment groups, and other buy-side firms in the United States, Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Asia Pacific, and India. Over the previous few years, they’ve executed over 1000 projects, spanning practically every continent and serving clients of all sizes.

Zyed has over 25 years of expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking. He spent over ten years as a Team Leader with Samba Capital Investment Banking in Saudi Arabia. He oversaw Citibank assignments at Samba, where he handled the relationship of SAMIR, Morocco’s largest oil refinery. In Saudi Arabia and Morocco, he has managed several high-profile investment banking transactions in industries such as manufacturing, financial institutions, real estate, healthcare, and food processing. Zyed has worked on public offerings for over 15 companies, including IPOs and Rights Issues, focusing on comprehensive advisory services and commercial due diligence. Etihad Etisalat-Mobility IPO, Kayan IPO, Inma Bank IPO, Al Tayyar Travel Group IPO, Dallah Healthcare IPO, Savola Group’s rights issue, Aseer’s rights issue, Saudi Printing and Packaging Company’s rights issue, SRMG IPO, SIIG Rights Issue, Al Hammadi Company for Development & Investment, Electrical Industries Company IPO, Kingdom Holding IPO, and AIG IPO are among the few he led previously. He has extensive experience in consulting, guidance, and execution, and has led projects from start to finish for clients.

Abubaker has a distinguished 20-year career that includes teaching, research, financial consulting, and investment banking. He has held multiple prominent and influential positions in several investment banks and investment consulting firms across Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, and the United Kingdom and teaching and research experience in the UK and Uganda. He has an in-depth understanding of the global and African business landscapes and has led very complex initiatives in the areas of cryptos, digital currency, and blockchain deployment for financial services. Abubaker presently serves as Executive Director and Member Advisory Board of the Africa Blockchain Alliance, among other top roles in reputable organizations.

Swati has worked in financial research, business research, and investment banking for over eight years. She’s worked with and led teams of financial analysts on various projects, including investment banking, equities research, M&A analysis, industry/market research, competitive intelligence, and ad-hoc projects.

She has a vast experience in global financial markets, including North America, the Middle East, and Asia. She has also worked on various projects in various industries, including shipping, retail, airlines, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, travel & tourism, and so on.

She previously led a team of analysts at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics in India, providing business research and investment banking services to clients in the United States and the Middle East.
