 Dedicated Analyst  Project / Adhoc Need  Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model
  • Client-focused analysts who work primarily for clients
  • Analysts aren’t committed. They work on customers’ defined scope of work according to their requirements.
  • Allows you to own a captive research setup without having to put up infrastructure, recruit people, or build a presence.
  • Ideal for clients who require a consistent team of analysts
  • Analysts aren’t particularly dedicated.
  • Suitable when the purpose is to construct own setup finally
  • The team’s composition remains constant.
  • The team’s composition can shift.
  • The team’s composition remains constant.
  • The client is charged both on time and per-analyst basis (e.g. Rate per month per analyst)
  • The client is charged based on the scope of the project and the amount of effort involved.
  • The team is managed for a set period and is paid on a per-analyst basis (e.g., per month per analyst) until the transition is completed.
  • Cost is less than for a project or ad hoc engagement.
  • In comparison to project/ad-hoc engagements, the fee is lower.
